The most influential role models in my personal and professional life were my parents —constantly instilling these values in me: to love unconditionally, to always be of service, to have gratitude, to enjoy hard work, and to achieve higher education. They have always taught me to laugh and love and give without any expectation of reward. These values are instilled at my core and inspire me to live a life with one sole purpose — to create solutions for people.

While in college at the University of Maryland, I worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for a local Chiropractor. It was here that I first discovered and developed my purpose and passion for serving people through chiropractic. After completing a degree in Psychology, I began chiropractic school in 2000 at Life Chiropractic College West and received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004.

I left chiropractic school with the goal and drive to help people reduce their stress, naturally. I wanted to create an atmosphere that provided people and their communities the resources, accountability and tools to allow them to live longer, healthier lives that are less dependent on drugs and surgeries.

And that is exactly what I did! I opened my first practice in New York in 2004, my second location in Raleigh, North Carolina and now, my third office here in Cary. Living Well Balanced is a complete wellness center offering integrated chiropractic care, massage therapy, fitness solutions, nutritional therapy, piezowave therapy, passive stretching, far infrared therapy with red light, halo salt therapy and just too much more to list! We provide all-inclusive whole-body solutions for chronic conditions like neck and back pain, fatigue, weight loss, headaches, migraines, allergies and much more. Aligning chiropractic principles with additional natural therapies, my methods effectively enhance your body’s natural ability to heal, recover from chronic, daily stress, reduce pain, improve overall health and promote total body wellness without the use of drug therapies or surgeries.

When I’m not tending to my practice members or am out of our offices, you can find me relaxing at my Cary home. I love gardening and tending to the yard, raising lots of chickens, hanging out with my family and dogs, watching movies or football games or getting my sweat on at Burn Boot Camp.
